The plain-English rules for buying from Kiraben. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who you're buying from

Kiraben is an Australian business, ABN 85 623 817 667. Contact: hello@kiraben.com.au.

Prices & payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We never see your card details.

We may change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order.

Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email — not when you click Add to Cart.

If we can't fill your order

Occasionally something sells out, or a price or description is listed in error. If that happens, we'll contact you, and you can accept a corrected order or take a full refund. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if we've made a genuine mistake.

Digital products

When you buy a digital download, you get a personal, non-commercial licence to use it.

You may print as many copies as you like for your own family, classroom or childcare group, and use it at home, at school, or in early learning.

You may not resell, share, email, upload or give away the files; print copies to sell; use the artwork in your own products or claim it as your own; or edit the artwork or remove our branding.

If you'd like to use Kiraben artwork commercially, just ask — we're open to it.

Our brand

Kiraben is our trade mark, the subject of applications filed with IP Australia. The Kiraben name, branding and product designs are ours, and buying a product doesn't transfer them to you — you get the right to use the product as set out above.

Our products

We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look different from screen to screen and from screen to print. Small variations are normal and aren't a fault.

Our printed products are intended for general use. They are not suitable for children under 3 without adult supervision, as small parts may present a choking hazard.

Your conduct

Please give us accurate information when you order, and don't use the site to do anything unlawful, or to copy or scrape our content.

Where we're responsible — and where we're not

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits them.

Beyond those guarantees, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it.

We can't promise the website will always be available or free of errors, and we're not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, payment providers, or events outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
